At reception
The Hill Club is a development of modern closed-type. All the facility services within the complex will be provided by a selected facility management company. It will also provide 24-hour maintenance of the common parts and common property equipments:
- 24/7 Security & fire alarm system
- Gardening
- Maintenance and cleaning of internal streets and alleys
- Solid waste removal-central collecting area and individual property containers with selective collection
- Illumination within the compound-street lights and green area light in the common parts
- Metering for common parts (incl. water, electricity and heating)
Furthermore, the residents and tenants of The Hill Club will be offered individual packages of services such as cleaning of their own yards and apartment (house cleaning and other services which will be provided by the Facility Management company).
